Grainger PLC were looking for a digital solution to combine getting active with an employee-led charity fundraising campaign. They wanted to unite and engage colleagues across the UK by motivating them to do more exercise and to do so while raising money for a great cause along the way.

We know our team challenges get people moving but the extra incentive to raise money for a great cause really sparked the Grainger team into action.
It also allowed remote teams to come together through a common campaign and work together in something much bigger than actual work.

Without question GoJoe elevated our challenge and enhanced the results way beyond our expectations. Through GoJoe, a huge number of Grainger colleagues came together to achieve a shared goal and do something meaningful. This challenge brought people from offices all over the UK together, it became a talking point amongst colleagues and the leaderboards and awards provided a good level of friendly competition and interest. The results show the power of many individuals working together and the stats are something we can all be proud of.
