Launching GoJoe Employee Rewards: Supercharge motivation for your team

We all like a freebie or a cheeky discount. A morning Starbucks cappuccino, your lunchtime Sainsbury’s meal deal or some money off your latest DIY project.

It’s even better when we feel like we’ve earned it, like, say, smashing it in the gym or hitting your running target for the week.

Well on GoJoe, we’re now delivering just that. Our new GoJoe employee rewards feature allows organisations to supercharge how they incentivise health and fitness in their teams by offering rewards for physical activity via vouchers and discounts to some of the word's most popular brands.

And we’ve partnered with Tillo, the global leader in digital gift cards, rewards, and incentives, to deliver it. From the off, the likes of Amazon, Starbucks, M&S, Hobbycraft and Airbnb will be on the platform with more launching in the new year. Want to give back rather than collect a treat? Users be able to donate to environmental causes too such as offsetting carbon emissions or cleaning our oceans of plastic waste.

Our community of Joes can select the brands and causes that suit them. And we won’t even judge that meal deal selection - not even the plain ham, ready salted, still water combo.

For employers, GoJoe rewards are fully customisable. Set your budgets, vary rewards based on location or level, and you can even choose the rewards that suit your brand and business. And with over 50 different activities to log and three ways to capture any workout, it’s fully inclusive for all users to pick up their points and collect their rewards.

Rewards is available for all GoJoe premium users (essentially any 'Joe' who has an account through their employer), with the UK, US and India markets getting first access to the vouchers. Initial rewards available are the 'standard' offering and funded by GoJoe with businesses able to top up the incentive pot for their teams as they see fit.
