And that's why we love National Fitness Day on Wednesday 18 September. A chance for millions across the UK to come together and showcase the importance of exercise on our health - both physical and mental.
We don't need much of an excuse to shout about the value of activity on our health. We unashamedly bang on about it all time. And, in fact, we've gone one further this year and have created a public challenge that runs for a whole week. Sometimes one day isn't enough.
