How to get involved with National Fitness Day with GoJoe

At GoJoe we're up for anything that motivates us and the masses to get moving.

And that's why we love National Fitness Day on Wednesday 18 September. A chance for millions across the UK to come together and showcase the importance of exercise on our health - both physical and mental.

We don't need much of an excuse to shout about the value of activity on our health. We unashamedly bang on about it all time. And, in fact, we've gone one further this year and have created a public challenge that runs for a whole week. Sometimes one day isn't enough.

How can you get involved? Well, a few options for you:

  1. Join the GoJoe 7-day public challenge by downloading the app, joining or creating your own team and logging points to try to climb the leaderboard
  2. If you're a Premium Joe via your employer then why not smash a Les Mills class or use this as a reason to start one of our Journeys
  3. Plan your activity for National Fitness Day itself and join the millions doing the same
  4. Visit the ukactive National Fitness Day website to download the toolkit, check out which activities are close to you or even host your own event
