What are the GoJoe Games?
The GoJoe Games is a super-fun yet competitive team-based, track and field event…which puts you in the shoes of a pro athlete for a day.
It’s completely and utterly unique.
Enter on your own or with your mates in teams of up to 4 people, and battle it out whilst having a laugh across up to seven disciplines including 100m sprint, high jump, long jump, javelin, shot, 400m hurdles and 800m.
There are 64 spaces in each GoJoe Games, which typically includes between 16-32 teams.
What happens on the day?
The fun-filled day will include the chance to mingle with a professional athlete who will be on hand to chat, provide nutrition and training tips and even race-off against two lucky (or unlucky) winners from the day in a drone-recorded showdown! (Don’t worry – you get a head start).
A commentator will be on-hand to provide light entertainment during the event, while our drone and cameras will capture some cool footage for you to keep and share.
Teams and scoring
Enter on your own or in teams of up to 4. Scores will be calculated by taking the average scores across each team for each event.
Entrants can take part in as many or as few disciplines as they want, although for the full GoJoe experience we encourage testing yourself across all seven disciplines. It’s not as easy as it sounds.
Individual (male and female) and team winners’ medals will be on offer, with winning teams qualifying for the 2020 World GoJoe Games (to be held somewhere cool).
How long does it last?
The Games last around 4 hours.
What is included in the ticket price?
As well as entry to the Games, you will receive a retro GoJoe t-shirt and headband, snack box, footage and pics of you and your team from the day, tight hamstrings, the opportunity to laugh at your mate crashing into a high jump bar and memories that you will take to the grave.
